What is Project Management?
Project management involves planning, managing, and successfully completing projects from initiation through completion. Those who lead projects must be able to manage change while also working with data and AI. With this continuing education program, you’ll master both. Your StackFuel certificates and your portfolio will show employers that you manage projects in a structured way and successfully guide teams through change.
Why is this project management training course helpful to you, and what benefits do the certificates offer?
You’ll learn to plan and manage projects from initiation to completion using both traditional and agile methods, and evaluate AI use cases as part of strategic AI management. With Microsoft Copilot, you’ll work more productively in your day-to-day office routine, and with Excel, SQL, and Power BI, you’ll work with data and present key metrics in dashboards. With n8n, you’ll build automated workflows and your own AI agents, and in a portfolio project, you’ll apply your knowledge in a practical setting. You’ll learn all of this during scheduled class times, supported by live sessions and our coaches.

FAQ
What does a project manager do, and how does project management training prepare you for the role?
Project managers plan, manage, and close out projects, and support the people driving change within the organization. This project management training program prepares you by having you walk through a project from initiation to reporting, work with agile and traditional methods, and—depending on the focus—strategically evaluate AI initiatives or support change using change management frameworks. Data and AI support your management efforts.
What tools and methods will I learn in the project management training program?
You’ll learn through a clear process: First, you’ll ensure data quality; then, you’ll plan and manage projects using traditional and agile methods and metrics such as earned value management. Depending on your focus, you’ll also explore change frameworks or AI strategy, governance, and ROI. SQL and Power BI provide the data foundation for decision-making, while AI agents automate routine tasks. Hands-on projects, live sessions, and our coaches support you throughout each module.
What practical projects will I carry out as part of the project management training program?
In the capstone project for the Project Management specialization, you’ll carry out a complete project from initiation through reporting. Depending on your focus, you’ll also plan an integrated change project—including stakeholder analysis, a set of KPIs, and a communication roadmap—or develop an AI roadmap with a business case and governance framework. In addition, you’ll work on hands-on projects in SQL and Power BI, an n8n workflow, and a portfolio project with feedback from our coaches.
Who is the Project Management Continuing Education program designed for, and how does it differ from the Project Management (Fundamentals) and Business Analysis & Process Analysis continuing education programs?
The Project Management continuing education program is right for you if you want to lead projects and facilitate change. Level: Intermediate. You have completed a degree program that included courses in mathematics, statistics, or programming, or you have professional experience with statistics, databases, or programming languages (e.g., R). Compared to Project Management (Fundamentals), this course also covers SQL and Power BI. Compared to Business Analysis & Process Analysis, the focus is on advanced project management rather than process modeling.
How long does the project management training program last, and how does it work?
The project management training program is a full-time program and lasts 6.0 to 6.3 months, depending on the focus. It consists of 8 modules, including a portfolio project in which you apply what you’ve learned. You’ll learn during scheduled class times with live sessions led by our coaches. The current start dates are listed in the table on this page. Would you like a personalized consultation about your continuing education options? Feel free to contact our team: info@stackfuel.com
How can I pay for the project management training?
With an education voucher, the Jobcenter or the Agency for Employment will cover 100% of the costs if you are registered as unemployed or a job seeker. As an employee, you can have your employer finance your continuing education through the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG). Self-paying participants can pay directly or in installments. Our advisory team will guide you through the process until approval is granted.
