What are Business Analysis & Process Analysis?
Business analysis and process analysis bridge the gap between business units, data, and IT: Business analysts analyze business contexts, gather requirements, model processes, and drive change initiatives through to a decision. With this continuing education program, you’ll demonstrate that you can analyze processes and requirements in a structured way and use data and AI strategically to achieve these goals. Your StackFuel certificates and your portfolio make these skills tangible and verifiable for employers.
Why is this business analyst training helpful, and what benefits do the certificates offer you?
You’ll learn to model business processes using BPMN and swimlanes, gather requirements, and thoroughly assess the business impact of changes. Using Excel, SQL, and Power BI, you’ll review, analyze, and visualize data; in change management, you’ll support transformation projects; and with n8n, you’ll build automated workflows and your own AI agents. In hands-on projects, you’ll develop your own project proposal to present to stakeholders and compile a portfolio for your job applications. You’ll learn all of this during scheduled class times, supported by live sessions and our coaches.
