- What? You'll learn n8n from the basics all the way to robust workflows, integrate APIs and data pipelines, use LLM nodes with advanced prompt engineering, and build AI agents with memory, knowledge integration (RAG), and tools.
- What for? So you can automate recurring tasks without programming and operate AI solutions in a reliable, privacy-compliant, and quality-assured manner.
- Practice: In this hands-on project, you will design, implement, and present your own automation solution over the course of four sprints and earn certification in AI – Workflow & Automation.

In the remaining training sessions, you’ll practice tasks from everyday work, teamwork, and programming, and develop your own AI agents for real-world tasks, guided by our coaches.
Who is AI training suitable for, and how does it differ from training programs such as data analysis or project management?
This AI training program is ideal if you want to apply AI in a targeted way in your role—whether in your day-to-day work, as a manager, or in a technical role. Level: Beginner or intermediate, depending on your focus. Beginners: You have completed a degree in a STEM field or have some professional experience with Excel, project management software, or basic BI tools. Intermediate: You have completed a degree program that included mathematics, statistics, or programming, or you have professional experience with statistics, databases, or programming languages (e.g., R). The programs are significantly shorter and focus on the practical application of AI rather than on a comprehensive career path.
How long does the AI training program last, and how does it work?
The AI training program is a full-time program and lasts 8 weeks for the AI Automation Specialist track. It consists of 2 modules. How can I finance my AI training?
With an education voucher, the Jobcenter or the Agency for Employment will cover 100% of the costs if you are registered as unemployed or a job seeker. As an employee, you can have your employer finance your continuing education through the Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG). Self-paying participants can pay directly or in installments. Our advisory team will guide you through the process until approval is granted.
