StackFuel Friends Referral Program

Conditions of participation

The referral program is offered by StackFuel GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "StackFuel") as a courtesy and does not create any legal obligations that could be enforced in court.

StackFuel expressly reserves the right to make reasonable changes to both the referral program and the conditions of participation (e.g. to the eligibility to participate, to the amount of the referral reward, to replace this program with another referral or customer loyalty program and/or to terminate the program altogether).

StackFuel may amend these conditions of participation at any time without prior notice. If StackFuel amends these Terms and Conditions of Participation, the amended Terms and Conditions of Participation will be published in the appropriate place. The amended conditions of participation will come into force after their publication.

Responsible for the StackFuel Friends referral program is StackFuel GmbH ("StackFuel"), Oranienburger Straße 66, 10117 Berlin. StackFuel is the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participation in the StackFuel Friends referral program is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in StackFuel Friends, participants expressly accept these conditions of participation. Participants in StackFuel Friends can be private individuals who are already customers of StackFuel, as well as persons who have no business connection with StackFuel ("non-customers"). The person who recommends StackFuel to another person is hereinafter referred to as the "Recommender" and the person to whom StackFuel is recommended is referred to as the "Recommendee".

Participants must be over 18 years of age and have a permanent residence in Germany. These rules apply to both the referrer and the referred person.

Recommenders may not recommend anyone from the same household.
The placement of colleagues who work in a company that already provides our training programs and who participate in our training programs through other company licenses is excluded from the StackFuel Friends program.

StackFuel reserves the right to change, adapt or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This offer is only valid in Germany and is subject to change. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Recommended: To refer someone to StackFuel, referrers must obtain a StackFuel Friends referral code or link via the StackFuel Website can be generated. To do this, the StackFuel Friends Page be visited. The referrer can generate a personal referral code and link on this page. This referral code or link can then be sent by the referrer to prospective StackFuel customers, provided they are eligible to participate. The referral code or link is valid for an indefinite period and is bound to the e-mail address of the referrer. The referrer may use this code and link as often as they wish (mass referrals are excluded, see section 4.1). The recommender undertakes to send the referral link or code only to recipients who have previously given their verifiable consent to the recommender to receive a referral link from the recommender.

Recommended: The recommender receives a link or code from the referrer that leads to a non-binding inquiry form. This request form should already contain the recommender's referral code. If this is not the case, the referral code can be entered manually by the recommender in the request form. The referrer's non-binding request for advice on a StackFuel training course can only be made via the website to which the referral link redirects or on which the referral code is entered.

The reward for the referrer and the referred person is 250 euros each. We reserve the right to adjust the reward amount within certain promotion periods. If this is the case, the correspondingly communicated reward amounts will apply for the duration of the promotion period. Rewards will be paid out by bank transfer. The entitlement to cash payment of the premium is not transferable or negotiable. The premium will be paid out in the local currency. Only those who do not violate these conditions of participation are entitled to payment of the bonus. The entitlement to payment of the bonus for the recommended person and the recommender arises at the end of the revocation period of the recommended person's offer.
The premium payment may have to be treated as taxable income. If necessary, please contact your tax advisor or the advisor at the employment agency or job center.

By participating in the StackFuel referral program, participants confirm the Privacy policy From StackFuel.

StackFuel is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions or failure of telecommunications services, incorrect or illegal information provided by the recommender or recommended person, loss or deletion of data, viruses or damages caused in any other way during participation in the recommendation program, unless such damages have been caused intentionally or through gross negligence by StackFuel (its organs, employees or vicarious agents). The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.
