2. You're busy and your job is changing \u2192 Qualification Opportunities Act.<\/strong> This program is designed specifically for working professionals. Through the Qualification Opportunities Act (Section 82 of SGB III)<\/a> The Employment Agency supports continuing education during the current employment relationship<\/em> \u2014 partially or fully, often in collaboration with the employer. If your job is changing due to digitalization and AI, this is often a more suitable option than an education voucher. Here\u2019s an example: Someone working in administrative processing whose tasks are increasingly being automated can use this route to gain qualifications in AI or data-related training while remaining employed\u2014the employer and the Employment Agency typically share the costs. For longer training programs, the Qualification allowance (\u00a7 82a SGB III)<\/a> serve as a partial wage replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Your employer pays for \u2192 continuing education through the company (B2B).<\/strong> Many companies are actively training their teams in AI and GenAI rather than letting individual employees leave.
