Examination regulation<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-074aa76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"074aa76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 1: Purpose of the examination<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The examination of the course mentioned under I. takes place in front of examiners of StackFuel GmbH and constitutes the proper conclusion of the course being taken.<\/li><li>The examination determines whether the participant has achieved the qualification goals defined in the associated curriculum.<\/li><li>The examination is a qualitative examination.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca101eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ca101eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 2: Admission to the examination<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Participant(s) who at the time of the examination have completed modules 1 &amp; 2 with a certificate of completion are admitted to the examination.\u00a0The regulations applicable to this can be found in the respective examination regulations.<\/li><li>Registration for the examination takes place via StackFuel GmbH but must be carried out independently<br \/>by the participant. The registration process is determined and handled by StackFuel<br \/>GmbH. In special cases, StackFuel GmbH may allocate free or special dates.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25fb57d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"25fb57d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 3: Evaluation of the examination<\/strong><\/p><blockquote><p>For the evaluation, a distinction is made between &#8222;pass&#8220; and &#8222;fail&#8220;. Performance is not graded.<\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ff055a2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ff055a2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 4: Examination type and passing <\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The qualitative exam consists of a project assignment and a final exam.<\/li><li>The project task is considered passed if the following conditions have been met:<br \/><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. Timely submission of the project.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. Meeting the minimum standard in 90% of the applicable items of the\u00a0 competency framework (see current version, which is accessible in the LMS\u00b9).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c. Successfully completing at least one final exam (with a StackFuel mentor).<\/p><\/li><li>If the participant fails the project task, they can try to complete the project task successfully a second time (1st repeat exam). For this, a new final examis scheduled and the participant is given until the deadline of the final exam to improve and resubmit the project. Under certain circumstances, the submission of additional tasks or entire tasks can complete the examination and, if complete and correct, lead to a pass result. The assessment of whether a new examination date must be set or whether a submission of additional tasks is sufficient is decided directly by the examiner in the examination. A 3rd attempt (2nd repeat exam) is not possible. If the participant has not passed successfully on the 2nd attempt or the submission of additional tasks is evaluated as insufficient, successful completion with a certificate of completion is not possible.<\/li><li>The examination performance is to be provided as self performance and must be recognised as such. The same is to be applied to the learning content and all associated documentation.<br \/><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. Assistance or performance by third parties will be considered as cheating and will result in an offence.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. Collaboration with other participants is permitted as long as no learning content is reproduced, copied, transmitted or used. Copying learning content and examination results is not permitted and will also be regarded as attempted cheating.<\/p><\/li><li>Passing the project assignment in the final project is a prerequisite for receiving a certificate of completion. In case of repeated failure, a confirmation of attendance will be issued, provided that all other conditions for this are met.<\/li><li>Nonattendance at the self-arranged or also assigned final exam date will be assessed as an examination attempt.<br \/><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. An exemption from the assessment as an examination attempt can only be made by presenting a confirmation of incapacity for work or a factually justified explanation due to force majeure. StackFuel GmbH is responsible for assessing whether force majeure exists and for providing the correct factual justification.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. The participant must be informed of the assessment as an examination attempt immediately after the end of the appointment in writing or directly in the meeting.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c. The mentor will decide whether the attempt or the appointment should be terminated prematurely on the basis of the content processed and after an appropriate waiting period (approx. 15 minutes).<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">d. Cancellation\/rebooking of a self-arranged or assigned appointment is possible outside 48 hours before the start of the appointment without giving reasons. For the evaluation of the 48 hour period, only normal business and office hours are possible. This means that weekends and national public holidays cannot be included.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">e. Cancellation\/rebooking of an appointment under \u00a74 para. 6 within the 48-hour period is only permissible if reasons are given. Cancellation\/rebooking of an appointment under \u00a74 Para. 6 within a 24-hour period is only permissible if reasons are given and the appointment is approved by StackFuel GmbH or the relevant department (in this case a member of the Training Operation Administration Team). Only reasons and cancellations that are subject to force majeure are to be released. In this case, the assessment is also incumbent on StackFuel GmbH (in this case a member of the Training Operation Administration Team). For the evaluation of the 24 hour period, only normal business and office hours are possible. This means that weekends and national public holidays cannot be included.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">g. Independent rebooking of the final exam date, more than 2x, which lies outside the regular course period, is not permitted.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">h. In the event of an independent rebooking of the final exam date that lies outside of the regular course period, this must be clarified with StackFuel GmbH (in this case a member of the Training Operation Administration Team) and a release obtained. The rebooking and notification of this must be made by the participant him\/herself.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">i. A violation of the regulations according to \u00a7 4 Para. 6 d &#8211; h leads to the assessment as an examination attempt. If an examination attempt has already been made, the regulations according to \u00a7 4 Para. 3 apply.<\/p><\/li><li>In the case of participation in the final exam, but insufficient processing, the same evaluation and assessment will be carried out as according to \u00a7 4 section 6. Deviating regulations or agreements are not permitted.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ea4c67 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6ea4c67\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7314f1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7314f1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 5: Cheating and ordinance violation<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>In the event of an attempt to influence the result of an examination by cheating, the examinee will be excluded from continuing with the examination or course or repeating the appointment. The responsible persons from StackFuel GmbH decide whether the exclusion from the examination is confirmed. In this case, no certificate will be issued. The issuance of a confirmation of attendance is only possible as long as the work carried out meets the minimum requirements for the final confirmation.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li>If the exclusion is not confirmed, the examinee may take the examination again at the next possible examination date without paying a fee.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li>The decision must be communicated to the examinee in writing without delay and reasons must be given.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e45ca5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e45ca5f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 6: Invalidity of examination results<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>If the examinee has cheated in an examination and this fact only becomes known after the certificate of completion has been issued, the certificate can be withdrawn. If necessary, the examination performance may be declared insufficient and the examination may be declared failed.<\/li><li>If the admission requirements for the examination were not fulfilled without the candidate intending to cheat, and if this fact only becomes known after the certificate has been issued, this problem can be remedied by passing the examination. If admission to the examination was obtained intentionally and wrongfully, the partial examinations or the examination may be declared &#8222;insufficient&#8220; and thus &#8222;failed&#8220;.<\/li><li>Before a decision is made, the examinee must be given the opportunity to comment.<\/li><li>The incorrect certificate must be withdrawn and, if necessary, a new one issued. A decision under paragraph 1 &amp; 2 is excluded after a period of 5 years from the date of issue of the certificate.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc60d0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc60d0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 7: Certificate of completion, Confirmation of attendance<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The participant receives a certificate of completion for each of the modules 1 &amp; 2 listed under I. However, if the examinee does not pass the examination or does not attend, they may still qualify for a confirmation of attendance, provided the other requirements are met.<\/li><li>After passing the exam, the participant receives a certificate of completion for module 3, which covers the entire course, that entitles them to use the acquired qualification designation. However, if the examinee does not pass the examination or does not attend, they may still qualify for a confirmation of attendance, provided the other requirements are met.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The basis for issuing a final document is also the corresponding processing of the learning content:<br \/><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">a. For the confirmation of attendance, at least 50% of the learning content of module 3 mentioned in \u00a7 1, as well as the processing of the content according to the regulation of modules 1 &amp; 2 mentioned in \u00a7 1 according to the corresponding examination regulations is necessary.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">b. For the certificate of completion, 100% of the learning content of module 3 mentioned in \u00a7 1, as well as the completion of the content according to the regulation of modules 1 &amp; 2 mentioned in \u00a7 1 according to the corresponding examination regulations is necessary.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe8db1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe8db1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 8: Inspection<\/strong><\/p><blockquote><p>After completion of the examination procedure, inspection of the examination documents can be requested within two months. StackFuel GmbH shall determine the time and place of inspection. The making of copies and photocopies is not permitted.<\/p><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6a2856 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b6a2856\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a7 9: Objection period<\/strong><\/p><blockquote><p>The appeal period ends two months after the end of the examination.
